Kenya wildlife photography safari
Day 1. NAIROBI.
Arrive in Nairobi international airport and be met by Okeno, transfer to The Stanley Hotel for overnight. Dinner direct.
Day 2,3 & 4. Lake Nakuru National park.
Fly by charter to lake Nakuru National park to spend 3 nights photo taking in Lake Nakuru National park. Upon your arrival you will find jeeps waiting for you 3 pax per jeep. Meals and overnight in Sarova Lion Hill Lodge
Day 5, Lake Naivasha- Crescent Island/Masai mara
Morning transfer from Lake Nakuru to lake Naivasha at 0500Hrs, the transfer last for 1 hours, photo taking in Crescent Island up to 0900Hrs, have breakfast at lake Naivasha Sopa lodge and at 1045 Hrs transfer to the airstrip to fly to Masai mara, overnight in Mara Explorer Camp.
Day 6,7,8 & 10 Masai mara,
We spend 5 nights in Masai mara while photo taking starting before Sunrise to late morning and then start evening photo taking session from 1600Hrs to after sunset.
Day 11,12 & 13 Amboseli National Park.
On this day we have half day photo taking in Masai mara and in the afternoon we fly to Amboseli National park to spend 3 nights in Amboseli Serena safari lodge. On the second day we start the day with balloon safari giving you super natural view of Mt Kilimanjaro from Amboseli national park side. Morning and afternoon photo taking or if weather permit we can leave for full day each day.
Day 14 & 15 Tsavo West National park.
Early morning photo taking , have breakfast and drive ,only 90 km to Tsavo west National park, we spend two nights in Finch Hattons tented camp. Photo taking includes excursions to Mzima Springs, Poacher's view point.
Day 16,17,18 & 19 Tsavo East National Park ,
Transfer by road to Tsavo east National park, we spend 2 night sin Galdessa camp while taking photos along Galana and Luggards Falls circuit. This will include one afternoon guided walk at the top of Yatta plateau for the landscape photo taking.
After spedning two nights at Galdessa camp we will move to the upper Voi River circuit to spend 2 night sin Voi safari lodge , photo taking includes visiting Voi Elephant orphanage.
Day 20 & 21 Mombasa -White Sand Sarova Beach hotel .
We drive to Mombasa, to relax for 2 nights and pack.
Day 22 Nairobi / Home,
Mombasa city tour, at 1600Hrs transfer to Mombasa airport to fly to Nairobi connecting your fight home
Price is quoted in US $ 11,550 per person sharing twin accommodation. Single supplement rates on request. Rates valid for July ,August, September, October, November 2010/ 2011.
