6 days Gemstones Safari to Tsavorites mines in Tsavo
from Nairobi.
The following itinerary is a 6 days Gemstones Safari
from Nairobi to Tsavo National park. This trip is meant
for those who are interested in buy gemstones found in
Tsavo such as Tsavorites , the rare blue- red change
color garnet - Alexandrite like garnet, Baringo
Sapphires, shift colors, Namanga garnets. We spend the
nights in Voi Wildlife Safari during the gemstones
Safari in Tsavo and in Nairobi we spend the night in
Panafric Hotel. Brayogo Safaris is licensed gemstones
exporters, so after the end of the safari we will help
all of the clients to seal the stones and get the
customs documentation to export the gemstones to home.
Payments can be done to our US partner in US Mr. Lee
Horowitz. I have taken caution on security matters and
we have armed civilian security personnel escorting our
clients to the Mines
Day 1. Arrive in Nairobi, Kenya.
Arrive in Nairobi and be transferred to Panafric Hotel
overnight.
Day 2.Tsavo Mines
We drive directly to Tsavo arriving in Voi before
midday, check into your hotel in Voi Wildlife Lodge. In
the afternoon we drive to Brayogo Safaris office in Voi
town to buy Gemstones from the locals miners.
Day 3. Tsavo Mines
We leave in the morning after breakfast to visit Bridges
Campbell Tsavorites mines. (Please note we need to make
a visit request to Bruce Bridges at least 1-2 months
before the dates of travel). We leave with armed
security men in civilian clothes and on the way back we
can also visit other local miners to buy more Tsavorites
stones. We drive back to the lodges by 1830Hrs. Dinner
an overnight at Voi Wildlife lodge.
Day 4. Tsavo Mines.
Full day gemstone buying at Brayogo Safaris in Voi.
Day 5. Tsavo National Park.
Full day safari in Tsavo East National Park to see the
hundreds of elephants with lunch in Voi Wildlife safari
lodge.
Day 6. Nairobi- commission of Mines office.
We drive to Nairobi leaving early in the morning to make
it in Nairobi by lunchtime. Stones sealing with Kenya
commission of miners and thereafter proceeds with your
stones or send by FedEx to your home. Later in the
evening fly home.
Price is quoted in US dollars according to Number of
people traveling together
2 Pax $ 900 per person sharing twin accommodation,
single rooms add $180 per person.
4 Pax $ 750 per person sharing twin accommodation,
single rooms add $180 per person.
6 Pax $ 720 per person sharing twin accommodation,
single room add $180 per person.
The price includes the following.
- Full board accommodation in the named Hotel and lodges
above.
- One safari to Tsavo East National park
- Usage of Brayogo Safaris Office to buy gemstones.
- Excursion to Bridges Campbell's Tsavorites Mines as
long as Bruce Bridges will give an okay or be around.
- Armed civilian security personnel during the visit to
Mines areas...
- Arrangement to meet the local miners, both big and
small scale miners.
- Bottled mineral drinking water.
- Flying Doctor and evacuation insurance cover.
- Transport in tourist vehicle equipped with Radio call
facility.
- Driver and Guide - Okeno.
Not include
- Government customs Seals and documentation for export,
we charge $200 per address/ parcel.
- All kind of drinks soft and beers.

- We charge commission of 10 % during this trip for
every gemstone bought.
