The
following itinerary is a 5 days Gemstones Safari from
Arusha Tanzania to Tsavo National park. This trip is
meant for those who are interested in buy gemstones
found in Tsavo such as Tsavorites , the rare blue- red
change color garnet - Alexandrite like garnet, Baringo
Sapphires, shift colors, Namanga garnets. We spend the
nights in Voi Wildlife Safari. Brayogo Safaris is
licensed gemstones exporter, so after the end of the
safari we will help all of the clients to seal the
stones and get the customs documentation to export the
gemstones to home. Payments can be done to our US
partner in US Mr. Lee Horowitz
5 Days Gemstones Safaris from Arusha Tanzania to
Tsavorites mines in Kenya.
Day 1. Arusha to Tsavo
We leave Arusha in private vehicle and drive to Taveta
Border Kenyan Tanzania border. After the border closing
formalities, we drive straight to Voi, check in into
your hotel at Voi Wildlife lodge and in the afternoon
gemstones buying Brayogo Safaris office in Voi. Dinner
and overnight in Voi Wildlife lodge.
Day 2. Tsavorites Mines.
Gemstone buying in the morning and in the afternoon we
visit Bridges Campbell Tsavorites mines.( Please note we
need to make a visit request to Bruce Bridges at least
1-2 months before the dates of travel ). We leave with
armed security men in civilian clothes and on the way
back we can also visit other local miners to buy more
Tsavorites stones. We drive back to the lodges by
1830Hrs. Dinner an overnight at Voi Wildlife lodge.
Day 3. Tsavorites mines
Full day gemstones buying visiting other big and small
scale miners later in the day weigh stones and invoice
preparations. Dinner and overnight in Voi Wildlife
lodge. Brayogo Safaris will prepare and export your
stones to your home by insured FedEx services, that is
after government customs seals Option we can have
arrangement to travel to Nairobi and have your stones
sealed.
Day 4.Elephants Safari in Tsavo East National Park
Full day safari to Tsavo East National Park with
overnight in Voi Wildlife lodge.
Day 5. Kilimanjaro International Airport
Transfer to the Kilimanjaro International Airport in
Tanzania fly home.
Price
Price is quoted in US dollars according to Number of
people traveling together. Rates for one person is
available on request.
2 Pax $ 900 per person sharing twin accommodation,
single rooms add $180 per person.
4 Pax $ 750 per person sharing twin accommodation,
single rooms add $180 per person.
6 Pax $ 720 per person sharing twin accommodation,
single room add $180 per person.
The price includes the following.
- Full board accommodation in the named lodges above.
- One safari to Tsavo East National park
- Usage of Brayogo Safaris Office to buy gemstones.
- Excursion to Bridges Campbell's Tsavorites Mines as
long as Bruce Bridges will give an okay or be around.
- Armed civilian security personnel during the visit to
Mines areas...
- Arrangement to meet the local miners, both big and
small scale miners.
- Bottled mineral drinking water.
- Flying Doctor and evacuation insurance cover.
- Transport in tourist vehicle equipped with Radio call
facility.
- Driver and Guide - Okeno.
Not include
- Government customs Seals and documentation for export,
we charge $200 per address/ parcel.
- All kind of drinks soft and beers.

- We charge commission of 10 % during this trip for
every gemstone bought.
