Tsavo National Park Camping - 2 Days

Starts Every Saturday and Tuesday.

Camping safari is probably one of the best way to visit Tsavo National Park where you spend the night gazing at Stars which are all amazingly fascinating in the African sky. We have two options of camping we can either camp at Ndololo campsite which is commonly used by other campers or we can camp near Galana River. This camp is rarely visited by other operators and is much quiet and more wild, at this camp we may also do game walk safari escorted by an armed KWS rangers at extra cost.

Day 1 Tsavo East National Park
At 0800 Hrs we leave from Mombasa after pickup from your Hotel / Mombasa residence and drive to Mombasa / Nairobi highway covering 97 km to reach at Tsavo East Bachuma gate. We have a stop over at Egwata shopping complex for refreshment before we enter into the park where spend the next few hours before reaching an other stop over.

Game viewing starts right from the gate after opening our minibus roof hatches for excellent game viewing and photography. As we get into the interior of the park sighting giraffe , zebras, elephants gets to be easier. At midday we break off from game viewing and we drive to Ndololo camp ( option at Galana River camp

Have lunch at the camp and at 1600 Hrs we have evening game viewing along Voi seasonal River lasting to 1800 Hrs .Dinner and overnight at the campsite.( if we camp at Galana River in the afternoon we would do a game walk along Galana River.

Day 2 Tsavo East National Park
Morning game drive as from 0630 Hrs lasting for next two hours, back to the camp breakfast and thereafter we have an other short game drive as we drive to Visit Mudanda Rock we exist the gate via Manyani gate and drive to Voi to have African lunch. After lunch we drive to Maasai Village where we spend two hours learning about the Maasai's traditions which runs back to several thousands years.. Finally we get to Mombasa by evening hours 1730hrs.

Price
Price is quoted in US dollar per person sharing twin accommodation. Single supplement $45. Price depends with how many people have booked on the same day maximum 6 pax per minibus.
2 - 3 PAX $ 280 P/P.
4 - 5 PAX $ 240 P/P.
6 - 7 PAX $ 190 P/P.

What is included in the itinerary is:
- All park entry fees.
- Camping with meals at Ndololo camping site.
- All game drives in tourist prepared minibus with roof hatches.
- Professional driver / guides.
- Excursion to Maasai village
- Flying doctor & evacuation insurance cover.

Not included in the itinerary is:
- Medical insurance.
- Theft insurance.
- All drinks, mineral water, beers, soft drinks.
- Personal effects such as telephone, swimming at the lodge.
