1 Day Tsavo West Safari from Voi - Mini 2 Pax
After 0515hrs pick from your Voi residence we drive along Nairobi Mombasa highway heading to Mtitu Andei that is one-hour drive. Upon reaching Mtitu Andei we have coffee at Caltex petrol station and then proceeds to Tsavo west gate to start our game viewing by opening our minibus roof hatches for excellent game viewing, photography and the view of the magical Chyulu Hills. Our drive straight away takes us to Lava flow and after walk on the volcanic rocks we head down to Mzima Springs one of the main attractions in Tsavo west National park. A walk of 45 minutes take us round the Mzima Springs as we watch the hippos resting after feeding the entire night and the crocodiles resting or fishing. Should we get there during the rains season the untold music of insects harmoniously marches the peace that one perceive once you get to Mzima Springs. Have lunch at Kilaguni Serena Safari lodge ($ 20 per pax) or picnic lunch at Mzima Springs by midday.

From Mzima Springs we head towards the roaring rock, one of the highest
point in Tsavo west which give the visitors a view of 360degree view of Tsavo west National park. From this point in cloudless day one should be able to see Mt Kilimanjaro clearly. By about 1545hrs we should be at Nguli Rhino Sanctuary to try our luck if we can see the black Rhino. 1645 hrs we leave to Tsavo River gate to leave the park by 1800hrs heading to Voi arriving by 19hrs.
